Allow your body to receive enough rest and exercise on a daily basis.
Make sure that you take care of your body and mind. When you work, go ahead and work hard. But when it comes time to relax, be sure to focus entirely on you, leaving all of your stress behind.
Remember that getting the proper rest and exercise is important to your physical health. Exercise will help keep you at a healthy weight and will help your heart pump optimally.
Rest will allow your cells to renew themselves and helps them ward off illnesses. You will find that you will be able to avoid more extensive time loss from illness and disease when you give yourself enough rest each night.
You should also rest for the sake of your emotional and spiritual strength and stamina. The more rested you are, the more you will be able to proactively RYSE UP above your stress.
Rest and exercise can also help fuel your personal creativity. A tired mind is a muddled mind, and when you keep yours rested it will be clear and open to whatever insights may cross your path. Creativity is not something that can be forced; it simply infuses you when you are able to allow it by being well rested.
For these reasons, I highly suggest that you regularly invest in the health and well-being of your body, mind, and spirit.
